The board meeting is tomorrow.

One click turns your dashboard into a written report with narrative, or a slide deck with charts and talking points. PDF, Word, PPTX. Export. Present. Sleep.

Back to home

Nobody misses the board deck. Everyone dreads making it.

You have the data. You have the charts. What you don't have is the three hours to stitch them into a narrative, write commentary for each slide, format the title page, and PDF-export at midnight. DuckViz writes that layer.

The old way

  • Finish the dashboard at 6pm
  • Screenshot each chart into PowerPoint
  • Write a paragraph of commentary per slide
  • Fix the formatting for the fifth time
  • Email "slides v4 FINAL_final2.pptx" at 11pm

With DuckViz

  • Click "Generate deck" on your dashboard
  • AI writes the narrative section by section in parallel
  • Live charts embed directly — no screenshots
  • Edit any block like Notion; ask AI to rewrite
  • Export PDF, Word, or PowerPoint. Go home.

Reports and decks, one source

The same dashboard can become two different deliverables — a detailed written report for the quarterly close, or a tight slide deck for the Monday sync.

  • Notion-like block editor — slash commands, floating toolbars, drag-and-drop blocks. Refine the narrative before you send it.
  • Live charts, not screenshots — D3 charts embed directly, rasterised at export time for pixel-crisp PDFs.
  • Chat-based edits — "make the summary one paragraph shorter" or "add a competitor comparison section" — AI rewrites in place.
  • PDF, Word (DOCX), and PowerPoint (PPTX) — one click each. No plugins. No print-to-PDF workarounds.
  • Fullscreen presenter mode — present the deck directly from the browser with auto-advance, or export to PPTX for your usual clicker.

From file to slide deck

  1. Upload the underlying data

CSV, Excel, or whatever the data team exported this quarter. DuckDB-WASM ingests it in your browser.

  2. Build (or auto-build) a dashboard

Let AI pick the charts, or customize yourself. This is what the report and deck will reference.

  3. Generate report or deck

AI generates all sections in parallel. A standard board deck comes back in under 90 seconds.

  4. Edit with AI or by hand

Tighten the narrative. Drop sections. Ask AI to rewrite specific blocks in a different tone.

  5. Export and send

PDF for the board packet, DOCX for the legal team, PPTX for the Monday sync. All three are one click away.

Frequently asked

Does AI see my actual numbers?

No. AI sees column names, data types, and the high-level widget structure — not cell values. The numbers in your report are computed locally in your browser using DuckDB when the template renders.

How accurate is the AI narrative?

Good enough for a first draft, never good enough to send unedited. The editor makes it fast to correct or tighten anything that doesn't match your judgment. We recommend always reviewing before sharing externally.

Can I white-label the exports for clients?

Yes. Brand colors, theme tokens, and content are all yours. No DuckViz branding appears in exported PDFs, DOCX, or PPTX.

What does it cost?

Every new account gets 100 free credits. A full report or deck generation costs a handful of credits. Buy top-up packs only when you need them — credits never expire, no subscription.

Your next deck shouldn't cost you a night.

Upload. Generate. Edit. Export. Go home before 7.
